    Why is the administrator not responding to my questions?

    If the answer to your question can be found in the FAQ's the administrator may choose simply not to reply, or just refer you to the FAQ in question.  

    In general the administrator might not have time to reply to your request immediatly. Be patient! If you don't get a response in two or three days feel free to send another email. 

    I have encountered a problem on the website. What should I do?

    Make sure that the problem was not caused by user error (for instance, make sure you have filled out all required field of a form) and if possible try again.  If the problem persists, please contact the administrator and give as much detail as you can even if you are not sure if it is relevant.  That way problems can be fixed as soon as possible.

    I can't find my answer on the in the FAQ's, what should I do?

    On the side menu there should be a link to Ask a question.  Please post your question here, and an admin will respond to you.  Please ask your question there, instead of contacting the admins directly.
